Meet The Team
Penny Davis
Property Manager Penny Davis gets stuck in. Practical and hands-on by nature, she will turn up to a property with a ladder and toolbox and fix small things where possible, saving the landlord tradesperson fees.
Originally from England, Penny first came to the island as a young girl with her family, who loved to travel the world, in the 1970s. She has lived on the island for many years, working for the Waiheke Property Co for ten years, and now can’t imagine living anywhere else.
She has developed great working relationships with property owners and renters alike, and enjoys the satisfaction of being able to help both parties. When she’s not looking after her clients, she can be found out on the water – and has been known to take out a place in the local fishing competition.
Helen Organ
Administrator Helen Organ spent childhood summers on Waiheke, eventually buying land here herself.
For many years she visited and spent holidays in the caravan on site before finally succumbing to the charm of full-time island life.
She has previously worked for Bayleys on the island, and is happy to remain with the rest of the team in the newly rebranded company.
She loves working in a small, supportive and thriving team and meeting all sorts of people through her job.
Our team have been involved in real estate on Waiheke for three+ decades since 1989. Our confident, supportive and experienced team believe in dry, warm, healthy homes for everyone and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services to both tenants and owners.
